- Minimum Service Time: 6 hours (55 x 6 = $330)
- The service is billed at a rate of $55 per hour, with a minimum commitment of 6 hours. The minimum fee for this service is $330.
- What’s Included:
- Full backup of your current WordPress website (files and database).
- Transfer of your website files and database to our hosting platform.
- Configuration of your domain and DNS settings to point to the new server.
- Testing to ensure that the site is functioning correctly on the new server.
- Basic troubleshooting and adjustments as needed to ensure compatibility with the new hosting environment.
What’s Required on Your End
To ensure a smooth and efficient migration, we need the following from you:
- Access Credentials:
- Current hosting account login (cPanel, FTP, or SSH access).
- WordPress admin login details.
- Domain registrar login for DNS configuration, if not managed by the current hosting provider.
- Site Details:
- A list of any custom plugins, themes, or configurations that may require special attention during migration.

Refund Policy
If you decide not to proceed with the extended time required for your migration, a refund will be issued for the portion of the service not completed. The refund will be processed promptly and returned to your original payment method.
